Three severe diseases for one child. 6

We must save Nastya. One of our girls, who lives "on the edge" year after year, is having another exacerbation of her illness. She needs to be admitted to the hospital immediately. High-dose IV antibiotics are the only thing that can stabilize her condition. Without high-dose antibiotics, the infection can spread through both lungs, take over Nastya's body, and take away her ability to breathe. It could...but we are certain that we cannot allow it to happen. We must find the money, Nastya must get the necessary medications. 

All of her life, this girl has been living with a very severe genetic disease--cystic fibrosis. Over time, she also got insulin-dependent diabetes and liver cirrhosis, which are two of the common complications of cystic fibrosis. Not every patient gets them, but Nastya is one of the unlucky ones. Nastya often has unbearably difficult days and sometimes doesn't even want to wake up in the morning. Nastya probably knows everything there is to know about despair... and about hope. As soon as she feels better, she wants to live again.

Cystic fibrosis affects the entire body and disrupts the function of every body system. it also makes the person very vulnerable to infections. If an infection takes root in the lungs, it is almost impossible to get rid of it. The infections become chronic, temporarily subside with antibiotic use, and after a while become active again. And only a new course of high-dose antibiotics can make the infection subside again.

Right now, Nastya is very ill. And we ask all of you to help her. We collect part of the necessary amount for the purchase of necessary medicines for Nastya.
