Dignity care for children with diagnosis

      Every day, internally displaced persons (IDPs) turn to our foundation for help. Among the large number of applications we receive, we select the most difficult cases, where people cannot cope without outside help. We pay particular attention to children in need of assistance, especially with hygiene products. 
Children who have been diagnosed with certain diseases and developmental delays may not be able to control their bladder. For some, this problem will disappear with age, while for others it may remain throughout their lives.
Some babies need up to 200 diapers per month. The cost of this amount is practically the entire disability allowance. The lack of diapers can limit a child's ability to go for walks or even visit doctors. For older children and parents, the lack of diapers is an additional source of stress.

The project was launched on June 26, 2025. Thanks to charitable donations, the platform dobro.ua raised UAH 30,000.00, and we purchased diapers for children with disabilities, spending UAH 30,245.00, of which UAH 30,000.00 (thirty thousand hryvnias 00 kopecks) was received from the charitable organization UBB and UAH 245.00 (two hundred forty-five hryvnias 00 kopecks) was received from subscribers to the Facebook page of the Khodzen Moze (Everyone Can) fund. Nine children with cerebral palsy, developmental delays, and other pathologies received a supply of hygiene products for 1-1.5 months. Initially, we counted on 10 children, but one family ended up in an active combat zone and cannot receive the order. However, given the rising cost of diapers, we barely managed to purchase supplies for nine children.
The packages were sent to the beneficiaries via Nova Poshta. The shipments were received between September 29 and October 2, 2025.
