Karyna is 9 years old, and she studies at the Ternopil special boarding school for hearing-impaired children, having successfully completed the 4th grade. She excels in studies, plays sports and actively participates in the life of the class and school. Karyna is very intelligent, but she needs new hearing aids to learn better, to communicate with friends and family, and to feel like a full member of society. The girl has a great loss of hearing (deafness of the 4th degree), and she needs powerful devices, the cost of which is considerable. Karyna's parents also cannot hear and cannot buy such devices on their own. We ask all caring people to help this girl. The current devices that Karyna wears are no longer powerful enough.

For hearing-impaired children, wearing hearing aids is vital. Not only do they help you hear the sounds of the world around you, but they also help with speech development, social integration, and academic achievement. Without the right devices, children can experience isolation, learning and communication difficulties, which can significantly affect their self-esteem and future opportunities.
