Your support can change Vika’s life

Little Vika Puzir, an 11-year-old girl from Lviv, was born completely healthy, but at the age of three she lost her hearing. Doctors didn’t notice the problem for a long time – they kept saying she "just doesn’t want to talk yet". Only after complicated treatment and examinations did her mother learn the truth: her daughter can hardly hear. This happened as a result of severe tonsillitis.

Her diagnosis is bilateral chronic sensorineural hearing loss of grade 2–3. Hearing aids are the only way for Viktoria to hear.

Vika is a very active, cheerful, and always smiling girl. She is the kind of child who fills a room with laughter and warmth. Vika and her mom are true best friends – together they always find fun and active things to do, creating unforgettable memories.

The girl studies at the specialized Maria Pokrova School in Lviv. She works very hard, dreams of her future, and wants to live a full life – but to achieve this, she needs new hearing aids. Without them, she feels cut off from the world.
