This is simply an unattainable amount of money for the family, because the wife's treatment also requires huge funds. Marijka also struggles with her illness: she takes handfuls of medicine, does several inhalations, and performs physical therapy. The state provides only part of the treatment for Sasha and Marijka, they have to buy the rest themselves.
