Can you help us?

"I’ve been putting off this letter, I wanted to give the opportunity to other kids to get help faster. My Irishka lives with cystic fibrosis. Our inhaler broke down with no chance to fix it, but without inhalations, she can’t live a single day... Can you help us?", Iryna's mom writes. We have known Irishka almost since her birth, and now she is preparing for school. She lives together with her mother, dad helps only partly. "Sometimes I fall down. I am a strong woman, but when it comes to my child... sometimes I panic. When there is support from the outside, it touches strongly and raises the spirit". 

Oleksandra has three jobs trying to provide her daughter with everything she needs. But it’s simply impossible for one woman, even a strong one. Help her now, please. 

Cystic fibrosis is a congenital and currently incurable disease. Just one DNA breakage causes changes in the work of the whole organism. The lungs, pancreas, gastrointestinal tract, liver – everything is affected, you need to take a lot of medication, do a whole range of procedures and take a lot of inhalations daily just to live. And Irishka is full of passion for life.

The little girl is keen on any movement, just not to stay at home. Skates, bike, picnics, preparation for school, drama group, dancing – all the time Irisha is in it. She often goes with her mother to work, to the children's music school, it’s the second home for her. She also sings in the junior group in music school and attends solfeggio. Wherever she appears, she always finds friends. She laughs, she talks, and she sings everywhere, no matter whether it is a house, street or public transport. And she has so much ahead!
