In March 2023, the project "Recovery and Rehabilitation of the Wounded" was posted on the dobro.ua website of the MBF "UBB", the purpose of which was to collect funds to pay for medical equipment for the Regional Clinical Center of Neurosurgery and Neurology.
According to Letter No. 3005/02 dated May 30, 2023, due to the fact that the funds for providing the institution with this equipment came from other sources, the collection of funds was stopped, and the collected amount was UAH 1,300.00. was transferred to the account of our Foundation for the purchase of consumables, namely electrodes for the functioning of the electroneuromyograph.
An electromyograph is a special computerized equipment that can be used to evaluate the functions of the body's nerves and muscles. This allows you to find the place where the lesion occurred, to make an accurate diagnosis in the shortest possible time, to draw up a plan for the necessary treatment and rehabilitation, as well as to make repeated control examinations to diagnose the condition.
