Vladyslava Sapsay was born on July 5, 2012, at 29 weeks of pregnancy, weighing only 1,100 grams. It was a premature birth; then there was a brain hemorrhage, resuscitation, and for more than two months, the baby stayed with her mother in the neonatal department of the Cherkasy Regional Children's Hospital. When the girl was 1 year and 2 months old, doctors gave her a terrible diagnosis – cerebral palsy, spastic paraparesis of the lower extremities, spastic diplegia. Vladyslava could not hold her head up or sit, and the idea that she would ever walk was nothing more than a hope and a dream. The little girl underwent constant rehabilitation and had two operations.
Vlada has come a long way – constant massages, inpatient treatment, 45 courses of rehabilitation in various institutions in Ukraine. Now the beauty is already 13 years old. She is diligent in her studies, attends a theater club and gymnastics. Vlada is very sociable and has friends among her peers and classmates.
The girl shows leadership qualities, children respect her, follow her instructions and requests. To maintain the girl's results and give her a chance for a full life, regular rehabilitation is necessary. However, the family is unable to cover these costs on their own. Every hryvnia of assistance is another chance for Vladyslava's future.
Help her parents pay for two more courses of rehabilitation at the International Clinic of Rehabilitation using the intensive neurophysiological rehabilitation system developed by Professor Kozyavkin in Truskavets.
