Vladochka needs an angel!
"I often see the same night dream – morning, the warm sun is touching the cheek of my daughter. Wake up, my dear, the new day full of adventures is waiting for you – school, friends, games, laughing, running! But a dream is terminating by the heartbreaking siren of an ambulance, I'm returning to reality and again understand where I am: a small hospital room, bad, smell of medication and naked white walls of the hospital, which became our home for already several years.
In this reality there is no place for fun, here kids grow up fast and start to understand the price of life. Yes, life has a price. The price of the life of my daughter – is too high, and unreal sum in comparison to my law income. My daughter needs kidney transplantation in Minsk, but before she needs to undergo surgery on the bladder (this is needed condition for having a surgery). The price of surgery is 10 000 EUR. I and Vlada are hoping for support of caring people. Sometimes I am tired of hoping and giving up, but then I look in the eyes of my daughter and got my strength to live and to fight until the end back. I believe that there are caring people, they should be, because even adults believe in miracles.
We believe and wait. Meanwhile, every new day is like previous one – full of pain and desire to live. My girl will not go to school or to kindergarten today, like other healthy kids. Vlada is on dialysis. It became for her essential part of life. I hate these medication, needles, blood – sometimes I think, why we? But without this procedure, my girl will not live even a week. I want to run far away from this hospital, far from screaming kids and despair of parents, but where will I go without my daughter, who is a sense of my life. Vlada is strong girl, she is smart, she understands everything, she also hopes she has an angel, who will protect her, who will bring her health and freedom. Freedom from weakness and pain, freedom from being trapped in the hospital. She will be healthy, she will be running, like other kids, she will forget that she had a prosthesis in her little leg. I believe, my dream will come true, because there are angels. Maybe you are one of them?
