Mashenka went home!
After a two-week stay at the Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Masha went home During this time, our little heroine underwent a 4-hour operation, blood transfusion and being in intensive care. But everything went well, and Masha is waiting for recovery. LifeChanger coordinator in Kyiv and Kyiv region Ninel Petrenko helped the family to obtain statements and draw up accompanying documents.
For several days, the main office of the project did a great job of preparing the transportation of a stationary baby in plaster. Ukrzaliznytsia - Ukrzaliznytsia organized a special car for Masha Trailer to move people with disabilities. The girl could not sit and had to be fixed in one position on a special wheelchair. We faced a problem, because almost all services for the transportation of sedentary people were focused on patients in wheelchairs. But again a miracle happened in Masha's life. One of the sanatoriums provided the services of the necessary medical care delivery service. Thanks to active cooperation with Department of Health of Kherson Regional State Administration and KNP "Regional Territorial Center for Emergency Care and Disaster Medicine of the Kherson Regional Council", for Masha was allocated a special bus that met her in her hometown. We thank all the caring people who responded to the duty of service and the call of the heart and helped to surround the care of this beautiful child! Thanks to your support, the first stage of Masha's support is completed. Long months of rehabilitation and a way to a healthy future lie ahead.
