Save the hearts of two children

This project has been created and is supported thanks to the charity program of Vodafone Ukraine "A Gift of Kindness".

Two children with diseased hearts are waiting for your help. Victoria and Anna need urgent endovascular surgery to eliminate congenital heart defects. The Amosov doctors perform such operations free of charge. But their parents need to buy heart implants for the surgery. The children's families are low-income and cannot afford to buy implants and save their children's lives. We, not indifferent people, are the only ones who can help. Let's save the lives of these beautiful children.

Victoria Grinkevich, born 02.10.2020, from Odessa, has a congenital heart defect – patent ductus arteriosus. Vikusya is the most desired child in the world. When she came into this world, there was no limit to her parents' happiness. The baby was developing very well, started walking early, speaking earlier than her peers. Very much loves to play with children, to play on a playground, to communicate with cat Murka. Age grows up lively, cheerful child. For everyone who knows her, she is like a ray of sunshine, like a breath of fresh air. But parents noticed that Vikusya stopped sleeping at night. In the evening, she could not fall asleep for a long time, and at night she would wake up, breathing heavily and starting to cry. Concerned parents immediately went to the doctors who examined the child and found he had a congenital heart defect causing health and sensory problems. Vikus was recommended endovascular closure of an open arterial duct, after which the child's health and life would not be threatened. Mommy is on maternity leave, and daddy is the only breadwinner in the family. There is no way to raise funds and they ask to save the life of their daughter.

Anna Tabachuk, born 21.12.2014, in the Sutiski village (Vinnitsa region), needs urgent surgery to correct a congenital heart defect – an open arterial duct. Anyuta was born as a healthy baby and according to medical examination the doctors did not notice any abnormalities in her heart. In August of this year during the big checkup before school the doctor made an ultrasound of her heart and found out that she had a congenital heart defect which needed a surgical intervention with a heart implant. Mommy works as a clerk at a local kindergarten, and daddy works as an auto mechanic. And the amount to pay for the heart implant is almost one hundred thousand UAH. The family is asking for help from not indifferent people.
