This project was created and supported by Vodafone Ukraine's charity programme "A Good Deed as a Gift". Three children with heart disease are waiting for your help. Arina, Stanislav and Daria urgently need endovascular surgery to correct congenital heart defects. Amosov doctors perform such operations free of charge. But parents need to buy heart implants for the surgery. The families of the children are low-income and cannot afford to buy implants and save their children's lives. Only we, the people who care, can help. Let's save the lives of these children together.

Kishka Arina, born on 18.07.2019 from Sokyryany, Chernivtsi region. When the girl was 1 month old, during a routine check-up, strong heart murmurs were detected.  Arina was sent for additional examinations in Chernivtsi, then to Amosov Hospital. After the examinations, doctors diagnosed her with a pre-membranous defect, a congenital heart defect. The doctors immediately informed her that the defect would not close on its own and that the girl would need surgery. Now Arina is 4 years old and the surgery is urgent.  The disease is constantly reminding of itself, the girl is not feeling well.  Arina's family is low-income and does not have the financial means to raise funds for a heart implant, so they turned to the Foundation for help.

Stanislav Apasov, born on 03.06.2016, from Vinnytsia. From birth, nothing indicated heart problems in the boy. In 2024, during a routine examination, heart murmurs were detected.  At a consultation at the Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery, he was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect, a 0.9 cm atrial septal defect. Now Stanislav is 7.5 years old and needs expensive surgery to close the defect with an occluder.

Nakonechna Daria, born on 9 April 2008, from Kamianets-Podilskyi. The girl was born healthy, developed and grew rapidly. At the age of three, she started attending kindergarten, communicated very well with her friends and got to know other children on the playground without any problems. At the same age, she started dancing. But during a check-up at the age of 6, before entering the first grade, the paediatrician noticed a heart murmur and sent the child for a heart ultrasound. The ultrasound showed:CHD, an open arterial duct. After that, the family's life changed: consultations with cardiologists, the Amosov Institute. After the last examination, it was decided that heart surgery was necessary to repair the defect. Daria's father has a disability, and her mother works and receives the minimum wage. They turned to the Foundation for help.
