Save the hearts of Zhanna and Angela

This project was created and supported thanks to a charity event for Valentine's Day, initiated by Sabina Musina and dobro.ua.

Two children with heart problems are waiting for your help. Zhanna and Angela need urgent endovascular surgery to correct congenital heart defects. Amosov doctors perform such surgeries for free. But parents need to buy heart implants for the surgery. The children's families are low-income and cannot afford the implants to save their children's lives. We, not indifferent people, are the only ones who can help. Let's save the lives of these beautiful children together.

Vlasenko Angela Gennadyevna, 2014, was adopted in 2015 at the age of 1 year and 5 months. At the time of adoption the parents received a medical certificate of health, which had one of the diagnoses: open oval window of the infant. A dispensary registration with a pediatric neurologist and pediatrician and a cardiologist at the place of residence is recommended. After examination by a doctor, the diagnosis was not only confirmed, but also extended – wide open oval window, secondary interatrial septal defect. The doctors recommended surgery. Recommended surgery. But it can be done after the purchase of a heart implant, for which the parents have no money. Angela's mom works as a librarian, and her dad works as a teacher.

Zhanna Alexeyevna Krakovetskaya, 2018, from the village of Luka-Molchanskaya in the Vinnitsa region. Zhanna grew up a healthy child, everything was good. She was an active and ordinary girl. But after she got the flu, everything changed. The disease caused a complication in her heart, and after a long examination, she was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect – a defect of the interatrial septum. Urgent need for surgery. Parents did not have money to buy an expensive implant. It is very difficult to find a job in the village or there is none at all. And during the war, it is impossible to go to work.

These two children have only hope for good people.
