Save Sasha's heart

11-year-old Sasha Dukhnenko has a disability from his childhood, the boy has Down syndrome. A recently discovered even a birth defect of the heart – patent ductus arteriosus. Sasha urgently needs occluder (intracardiac implant), with which his heart will be healthy. Because of the boy's illness, doctors do not recommend upfront surgery, because there may be complications. Sasha is an orphan, his parents died. And no one will help him except us!

Since November 2014, he lives in the orphanage. The boy is the guardian, his older sister, a student who lives in hortozhytku. Dukhnenko's family has no one who will help them. Intracardiac implant (occluder), which is so urgently needed Sasha, is 75 114 UAH. Scholarship sister collect such amount is unrealistic. Aim: To cure heart 11-year-old Sasha!

A letter from his sister:

"I'm Anna, a sister and a foster parent of Sasha, who need help. My brother is disabled from his childhood, his genomic pathology is Down syndrome. Our parents died that's why Sasha from November 2014 lives in the orphanage.

I'm at the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine full time, so look after his brother on weekends and holidays. When browsing my brother 20/11/2014 at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery was diagnosed: Patent ductus arteriosus, so he needed urgent surgery by introducing occluder through an artery in the thigh.

I want to help brother, but unfortunately I do not have money to buy oklyuderu. I am a student for scholarship collect such amount is unrealistic, over whom we have no help. My brother is a very cheerful and active child who loves sports (especially athletics and gymnastics). I beg all concerned to help my family! "
