Save the heart of Sofia Olefirenko

7-year-old Sophia from Cherkasy needs Your help. The girl was born healthy, but very often sick colds. Before entering the school, passing a medical examination, the doctors suspected in Sofia heart disease, so sent her for further examination – ultrasound. Doctors diagnosed a congenital heart defect – atrial septal defect, therefore, immediately advised to contact with Amosov Institute in Kyiv. There they confirmed the diagnosis and decided to close the defect with an intracardiac implant (the occluder). But implant needs to purchase at their own expense, and it's cost almost 100 000 UAH.

For a young Olefirenko family, this is an exorbitant amount. The family is an only mom has a job (in kindergarten), and her dad can't find official permanent employment, therefore, interrupted seasonal jobs. At the same time, parents need to make monthly payments for an apartment that they rented because their own homes have not yet.

Now on UBB, we collect part of the funds, since the remaining amount assembles a team of fundraisers in the marathon of Wizz Air Kyiv Citi Marathon 2019.

The project also supports women's project Woman Space. 20 October 2019 in the Studio "Loft 31" will be on sale branded clothes. The funds will be collected by the organisers entry fees will be donated to help Sofia!
