News December 2025
After failing his driving test, some people would have given up.
Some people, but not Daniel!
The young man knows very well that persistence always leads to results.
Daniel continues to study and prepare to retake the test.
At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Daniel's family was forced to leave Zolote in the Luhansk region. After another dangerous situation on 4 October, Daniel, his grandmother and younger sister moved to the village of Bohdanivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region. His father is a soldier, and his mother stayed to work in a town near the front line.
Dany has insulin-dependent diabetes. For years, he had to prick his fingers more than 10 times a day to control his glucose levels. Freestyle Libre 2 sensors made it possible to stabilise his condition and avoid dangerous glucose spikes.
One sensor lasts 14 days and costs 2,320 UAH, and 24 are needed per year. For Danylo, this is a matter of life and death: his disease is severe and has already led to complications.
We have launched a fundraiser to purchase a year's supply of Freestyle Libre 2 sensors. Please help Danylo stay healthy and keep his faith in goodness. Every hryvnia you donate is a contribution to his life without pain and fear!
