To save the son of the defender

"Dear friends! I ask for Your help. My youngest son, Melnyk Pavlo, is being treated at Kyiv regional Oncology clinic with a diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, high-risk group. From October 2016 he carried out a series of chemotherapy. Now he is carried out unit HR-2. This treatment requires funds for the purchase of medicines, specialized nutrition.

Unfortunately, my wages and salary wife are not enough for the purchase of medicines and special food, as they are not cheap. I ask all concerned people to help in the treatment of my son!". These are the words of his father, who for nearly three years served in the East of Ukraine. He defended the borders of our country. Repeatedly risking his life, he kept the defense in the city Avdeevka. Now the man forced to resign from the army in order to care for his son.

After a week, the boy will begin the third round of chemotherapy. And there is still two such unit. According to the results of the current tests, the doctors predict a full recovery after all the chemotherapy. To defer the chemistry course is impossible since the disease could spread throughout the body, the only option is a bone marrow transplant. A transplant requires much more money and it is riskier to health, in comparison with chemotherapy.

During the son's illness, the family spent all their savings. The salary they receive is not enough to purchase the drugs because the family has another child. And to postpone treatment in order to raise funds, it is impossible in any case. Because the disease is every day more and more is spread through the body and can lead to irrevocable tragedy.

We appeal to all concerned with asking for help. Let's save the son of the one who defended us from the enemy in the East of Ukraine!
