He lost his hearing, but continues to defend!

In September 2023, on the dobro.ua website, the project "He has lost his hearing, but continues to protect the country", the purpose of which is to collect funds for the payment of hearing aids for defender Vasyl Viktoriv, ​​who lost his hearing as a result of an injury while performing his duties ( the diagnosis is a violation of the functions of the sound-receiving apparatus of the 3rd level).

The initial target amount within the project was UAH 55,800.00. However, due to the fact that the prices of hearing aids have risen significantly, we have increased the amount of the fee to 92,800.00 hryvnias according to Letter No. 1607-02 dated July 16, 2024. Also, due to the fact that a sufficient amount was collected to pay for one device, we withdrew funds in the amount of 46,400.00 hryvnias in accordance with Letter No. 1607-03 dated July 16, 2024 and paid for one hearing aid for Vasyl Viktoriv.

In the case of hearing loss, a person is recommended to wear hearing aids as soon as possible, because every day without the devices affects even more hearing impairment, so we decided to purchase at least one hearing aid for Mr. Vasyl, which will already significantly affect his interaction with the world around him and his performance responsibilities for the protection of the country.

On July 31, 2024, Vasyl Viktoriv received a hearing aid, and we continue the collection to pay for the second aid as well.
