Viktor is over 70 years old, and despite his age, the man went to the front to defend our country from the Russian invasion. Unfortunately, the performance of official duties led to hearing loss, and now Viktor needs hearing aids.

The first symptoms of hearing loss appeared after being in the firing positions of the howitzer batteries, which fired volleys at the enemy. At that time, Victor did not have safety headphones. But a more significant loss of hearing occurred after the explosion of an enemy projectile near the dugout in which the soldier was. There, the man was seriously stunned and as a result his hearing deteriorated sharply.

"Significant hearing impairment hinders me because incorrectly perceived information can affect erroneous orders or commands, which in turn leads to incorrect performance of tasks and negative consequences," Viktor shares with us.

In spite of the diagnosis – violation of functions of the sound-receiving apparatus of the 3rd degree – the man continues to perform his official duties.
