Light the fire of victory: helping wounded defenders of Ukraine

The medical facility, which has provided care to about 70,000 patients since 2014, desperately needs important medical equipment! Within the framework of the fundraiser, we plan to purchase a haematology analyser and 6 heating systems for patients.

Heating systems are very important during the evacuation of patients from hot spots and prevent hypothermia, they are used both during and after surgery. This is very important because hypothermia can cause serious complications and significantly slow down the recovery and treatment process.

The haematology analyser is used to analyse the patient's blood, a basic test that allows you to see a holistic picture of the general condition of a person, and without which further treatment is impossible.

The institution itself was founded in the nineteenth century, and since 2014 it has been providing quality and effective assistance to our military, who are defending the territorial integrity of Ukraine from the Russian Federation. Since 2014, the hospital has treated about 70,000 patients.

With the financial support of Vulkan Casino, the Centre for Social Projects of the Future is able to purchase the following equipment for the hospital:

- LabAnalyt-2900 automatic haematology analyser, 

- Bair Hugger TM Device for heating patients (6 pcs.),

- Bair Hugger TM Thermostabilising mattress with full access (20 pcs.),

- Bair Hugger TM Thermostabilising blanket with variable access area (20 pcs.),

- Bair Hugger TM Full body thermal stabilising blanket (20 pcs.),

- painkillers for the intensive care unit.
