A combination of factors affects the development of a child's body. One of the most important is food. The development of the child, the formation of basic skills both in childhood and in adulthood depends on a properly nutrition in early childhood.

Proper nutrition improves mental acuity, memory, cognition, attention, mood, promotes proper growth and development of the body, and helps maintain metabolism. With the help of a balanced healthy diet, you can prevent the development of such chronic diseases as obesity, diabetes, heart disease and several others.

Proper nutrition is one of the main ways to maintain health for a long time. Most of a person's eating habits are formed in childhood and remain with him throughout his life. Therefore, it is very important that a baby eats properly from the first days of life.

Unfortunately, children who enter our Center for Social and Psychological Development are often malnourished, sometimes starving. Dairy products, various cereals, vegetables, fruits, eggs, meat, fish are such simple foods, but some children have hardly eaten them before, or have never tasted them at all. This had a negative impact not only on their physical development, but also on their mental development. Therefore, one of our goals is to build the right balanced diet, considering the age and individual norms and characteristics of each child.
