A child's diet should always be balanced and have a sufficient amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates.

Healthy food for children is an important component of a growing organism. It includes various products that provide a body with the necessary nutrients. Lack of nutrients can lead to delays in development and various diseases.

Proteins are the building blocks of cells, while fats are important for their normal functioning and hormonal balance, and carbohydrates provide energy for growth and development. Also, the child should receive a sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals. They play an important role in bone growth, vision, immune system, blood formation and many other body functions. A variety of foods is also important to ensure the supply of various nutrients to the child's body.

Children at our Center for Social and Psychological Development in Kyiv receive a complete, balanced nutrition, in accordance with the age norms and characteristics of each child. Unfortunately, in the past, most of them were malnourished, sometimes starving - this had a negative impact on their health, as well as on their physical and mental development. That's why we make sure that our children get enough vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and carbohydrates every day to eliminate the consequences, prevent possible deterioration and strengthen their health.

Thanks to your support of our project, we will be able to purchase the necessary food products, pay for the monthly work of the person responsible for catering and provide children with a balanced diet, which is a guarantee of their healthy and happy future.
