Food for children from the shelter. December 2018

75 UAH is a one-day meal for the ward of the orphanage "Home of Happy Children" – the center where children live, who were taken from parents of drug addicts, alcoholics, children who survived violence and injuries. We call on all those who are not indifferent to make your contribution to the project, which is aimed at providing 35 children living in the shelter with a healthy diet. 75 UAH is a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner for one of the kids, who were not allowed to live with mom and dad.

The child's brain develops as rapidly as its "master" runs around the yard in the courtyard or along the school corridors. That is why nutrition in childhood and adolescence is so important. In the shelter, there are children who do not know what normal food is. Before they got to the Center, these children grew up in terrible conditions. Their so-called parents were not bothered about their own babies. Children could not eat for days, being in completely unsanitary conditions.

For three years philanthropists of the UBB have been feeding children from the orphanage "Home of Happy Children", collecting every month the means to provide food for the children. And it's so beautiful! After all, without indifferent people, who do not care about the future of our children, we would not have done it! After all, our Help Center "Home of Happy Children" is a non-profit organization and exists only at the expense of philanthropists.

Most of the 79,000 hryvnias needed to pay for meals in December were collected thanks to a charity lecture from Sofia Rozhko on the UBB website. 54 705 UAH for food in December will be transferred from the project “Proper nutrition to the rhythm of the megalopolis” dobro.ua/uk/project/4431/. It remains to collect the missing part - 24 295 UAH.

In our Center, a special approach to the nutrition of pupils. Dishes are discussed daily with health professionals so that children receive the proper amount of vitamins and minerals. In addition to socio-psychological rehabilitation, the children also return to normal physiological development. And all this is thanks to you, not indifferent and sincere people. The purpose of our project is to provide food in September 2018 for each pupil of the Assistance Center. And your contribution of 75 UAH is a chance to feed one of the children!
