Nazariy, thanks to the project, underwent two courses of treatment at the Institute of Pain Problems in the period from 01/24/2023 to 01/31/2023 and 02/07/23 to 07/07/2023 for a total of UAH 14,750.00 (fourteen thousand seven hundred and fifty). 00 kopecks. Thanks to the treatment courses, Nazariy underwent metameric back massages and articulation apparatus massage. Kinesiotaping, as well as metameric treatment sessions. An individualized home treatment program was developed for the boy.
The project has a balance of UAH 3 790.00 (three thousand seven hundred and ninety). 00 kopecks. By the end of 2023, Nazariy did not come for treatment again. The parents did not inform us about further plans for treatment, so we are forced to return the balance of UAH 3,790.00 (three thousand seven hundred and ninety). 00 kopecks. We ask you to dispose of the funds in accordance with the Rules, Principles and Procedures
