Defend Ukraine from COVID-19

When the whole country faces the threat of an epidemic, we must unite, because in such circumstances it is not a matter of the health of any particular person, we must take care of every Ukrainian. This is a concern not only for hospitals in which there is a lack of equipment, not only for patients who already urgently need professional medical care and constant monitoring, but also for the doctors themselves, who in the future must bravely fight for the life of everyone.

The goal of this project is to acquire the essentials so that hospitals and doctors are ready for any development of events. We cannot endanger the lives of those who have to save others. 

Thanks to the funds raised for this project, we have already purchased and handed over the following equipment: 

- 4 syringe pumps to 2 hospitals: Ivano-Frankivsk regional hospital and Ternopil city ​​hospital №2; 
- 3 EasyStat blood and electrolyte analyzers and 15 EasyStat reagent modules for hospitals in Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Zhytomyr; 
- 13 oxygen concentrators: to the Volyn Regional Infectious Diseases Hospital, Uzhgorod Clinical Hospital, Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Clinical Infectious Disease Hospital, Chernivtsi Regional Clinical Hospital, Rivne hospital and to the Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine;
- 5 diagnostic kits for detecting nucleic acid of the new coronavirus (2019-nCov) and 5 kits of reagents for sample extraction at the Kyiv City Clinical Hospital №4. 

We also purchased and sent 7,000 sets of personal protective equipment (PPE), including protective suits and respirators, for medical workers of 20 medical institutions from 20 cities of Ukraine.
