Zlata's cherished dream

Today we will tell you about one of our wonderful patients – Zlata Dyachuk. She was born on October 25, 2001, and lives in Sloviansk. Donetsk region. The girl was sick from childhood, in the maternity hospital, she was diagnosed with a congenital anomaly of a spine and spinal cord – spinal hernia of a spin region. When Zlata was two months old, she received immediate treatment, including the removal of a hernial sac and herniorrhaphy. 

In the beginning of 2010, Zlata started visiting courses of metameric reflexotherapy in children’s ward in Bersenev Medical Centre. She was not able to work then, she lacked sensibility in the legs and pelvic organs. Over the past time of treatment in the clinic, the girl has achieved prominent results. Zlata is moving by herself with the arm boards, the functioning of pelvic organs is getting better. She is completely self-consistent. She is doing house chores, she completed 9 grades of a general education school. Besides, at the age of 10, Zlata started practicing powerlifting, a power triathlon in the bench press category. The girl is participating in sport competitions actively, she takes weight more than 75 kg, she already has the Candidate Mater of Sports rank and she sees her future in sports.

Yet, Zlata has a dream – to walk! Walking will give her an opportunity to live a full-fledged life, to believe in a miracle. We all can help the girl to make her dream come true! Because a large family, which has two more little kids, needs money for the further treatment.
