When a person is confined to a bed, he cannot perform elementary activities that support his standard of living. A lot of responsibility and care for a person rests on the shoulders of relatives. Of course, it is physically difficult to care for a bedridden adult, but it is very expensive financially today due to the prices of medicines, care products, personal hygiene products. One pack of diapers costs UAH 659, and the price of diapers is even higher.

The "Palliative Care" and "Home Care" projects have been operating in Kharkiv for more than 12 years. Despite active military operations, the fund did not stop supporting old women, and even increased the list of social services. A permanent direction is the support of physically disabled persons with hygiene products: diapers. Unfortunately, the existing funding for these items of expenditure is insufficient. And the need for this kind of help is constantly growing.
