Raising of despair. Оlena's life is on the brink

SOS! Olena's life is in danger! "I need an insulin pump now, I can't cope on my own. My sugar is jumping, my kidneys are not working, I have been breathing on an oxygen machine constantly for 3 years. I have been living with diabetes for 23 years – most of my life". 

We have to save Olena. Together we raised funds for a pump with a monitoring system, but the doctors decided to replace it with one that would not only monitor but also automatically control the insulin supply: turn it on/off. We contacted the supplier, and they are ready to exchange it with a surcharge. This pump will monitor the current blood sugar level by itself, not allowing it to sink below or jump above the norm, and will deliver insulin in the right dose in time. Now, due to her kidneys not working, she cannot control her sugar level, it either drops to fainting or jumps to 30. Every day the young woman's life hangs in the balance. She needs to act very quickly. 

Olena has been on hemodialysis for the last few years and breathes through an oxygen machine. Now she is on the waiting list for a transplant. This complex operation, on the one hand, will solve some of her problems, but on the other hand, it will add new challenges. After organ transplantation, the body needs a lot of care and very, very careful handling, no physiological stress. At this point, there should definitely be no sugar spikes. Among other things, the disease almost took away the girl's vision, now she can see with only one eye, and that is -5. Olena will be able to control the new pump via her phone, and this is also important. 

Olena dreams that after the transplant, after a year-long recovery period, she will be able to live a more or less normal life and even work. Now, all her efforts are aimed at simply surviving and waiting for life-saving help. Every day she is on the edge. Please, help her.
