Health of orphans

Childhood deprived of care and safety leaves a deep mark not only on a child's soul but also on their body. Sometimes it seems that their bodies, exhausted by stress and hardship, are as fragile as paper. That is why their health requires the most thorough and tender care. Chronic illnesses, undiagnosed injuries, the consequences of malnutrition and constant stress — this is the painful reality for most of them.

Our Center for Socio-Psychological Rehabilitation in Kyiv has become a temporary home for 12 such children, where we strive to heal not only emotional but also physical wounds. Many of our children face serious health issues: neglected chronic illnesses that have gone unattended for years, underweight and exhaustion due to prolonged malnutrition, and psychological trauma resulting from experienced stress and anxiety.

We understand that without comprehensive medical support, all our work would be incomplete. Medicine, constant health monitoring, and professional care are the foundation upon which their recovery is built. Timely treatment today prevents serious complications tomorrow. It gives them not only health but also the confidence that they are cared for and valued.

But without you, we cannot provide them with everything they need.
