Health of orphans

Children who have been removed from the family due to a threat to their life and health are psychologically and physically vulnerable. At the same time the war has also made a devastating contribution to the children’s lives. Many of them have chronic diseases, injuries or diseases that require long-term treatment or special medical means.

Special attention should be paid to children who have been suffering from chronic diseases, lack of body weight and exhaustion. These problems are the result of a long stay in bad living conditions. Solving the health problems of orphans is a vital stage in restoring their full life.

Children living in our Center for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation in the city of Kyiv are the most vulnerable category of the population. They suffered from negligence, violence or serious social problems in their families, which affected their physical and mental condition. Our team works every day to provide 12 orphans with the necessary support and conditions for recovery. But despite the efforts, our resources to ensure full treatment and rehabilitation are not enough.

Thanks to your support of our project, we will be able to purchase the necessary medicines and pay for the work of a nurse. Unresolved medical issues can have long-term negative consequences for both children and the community. Become the one who will give children a healthy future!
