Zhenia will be able to draw

Talented teen-boy who enjoys painting and attending art school is in need of your help. After the birth injury his left hand was paralyzed and he was made two operations. And now, to avoid the third one, it is necessary to undergo a course of neurophysiological rehabilitation. But, his mother doesn’t have enough money for this.

“I’m bringing up a son, he is disabled from his childhood. During the delivery, my child got the birth injury, diagnosis “total obstetrical paralysis of left hand”. Zhenia was made two operations in the Children’s Clinical Hospital “Ohmatdyt”. To avoid the third surgical treatment, the doctors recommend taking therapy at the clinic of Professor Koziavkin which is in Truskavets and, however, is an efficient. But the course requires significant funds – the last is a huge problem for me. Whereas due to reduced production, I lost my job. The first year of being workless I was registered at the employment center, but now I don’t work (pension for disabled child assistance). Unfortunately, I don’t have additional sources for our existence. Several times I applied to the government authorities for a help but all my attempts were without result.

Despite the illness, 16-years old Zhenia is of great intelligence. He enjoys paintings, sculpture. Also Zhenia attended lessons of drawing and Easter eggs designing. Today, he is a pupil of the 4th form in the local art school.

My cheeriest dream is to see my son healthy. I am sure that the treatment will help him to become happy, cheerful person, to develop his talent, to be successful and give people the good. He has been awarded repeatedly by diplomas, certificates and gratitudes of the local and regional level and he took part in exhibitions. Moreover, he was a winner of the region creativity contest “Believe in yourself and others will believe in you”. Also, he is Scholar of Children’s Fund of Ukraine. Zhenia is interested in computer technologies and his future profession is associated with drawings and computer graphics. But, the disease overshadows all positive of the life, joy of creation, because it constantly reminds about itself.

I’m just despaired, the time is running and I am helpless for my ill son. We badly need to undergo the treatment at the clinic of rehabilitation in Truskavets. I do believe that child’s life can be made healthy and happy by the joint efforts!”
