Helping the OXMATDIT's Deep Premature Babies Intensive Care Unit 💜
Deep breaths, slow exhale, deep breaths to full lungs and... Hold your breath. As long as you can. How long can you hold it? 30 seconds? 40? A minute? Deeply premature babies cannot breathe on their own. They are helped in this by special machines, for those who should have been born not long ago. For these devices we need machines - SIPAPs, which implement several ways of respiratory support simultaneously for patients with respiratory failure. These breathing machines need special accessories, which must change over time.
Within the framework of the project we have purchased the following accessories: two Infant-flow devices and humidifier bases (2 pcs.), silicone breathing hoses (2 pcs.), heater hoses (2 pcs.), breathing hoses (2 pcs.), sensors for humidifiers (2 pcs.) and electric adapters (2 pcs.).
