Reduction of the project amount

Dear donors! At the request of the Aid Operator, the project amount has been reduced, since all services were provided to the target audience in a shorter time and with lower costs. The corresponding letter will soon appear in the "Reports and Documents" section. After the project is implemented, a descriptive and financial report will be posted in the same section.
