In October 2021, ELEKS started to organize different hiring events: Manual QA Hiring Day, DevOps Hiring Week etc. The company make charitable contributions to the dobro.ua for each specialist who will accept the ELEKS job offer within 24 hours after the event.

About what amounts are we talking now?

Each charitable contribution will be equal to the welcome bonus for the specialist.
 

Example:

👱Strong Junior – from 500 USD

👩‍🦰 Middle – from 1000 USD

🧔Senior/Lead Manual QA engineer – from 1500 USD

* ELEKS will transfer all amounts in UAH at the NBU exchange rate according to the last working day of the month in which the event took place.

P.S. Every specialist will decide in which category of projects or for which project his contribution should go.
