All my childhood I sat on the "bench" in any sport. Help from physical education, violin lessons, and reading books, while others have gymnastics, dancing, basketball, and other reasons for boasting in the yard. While some girls could demonstrate their twine and volleyball level, I could only quote Dumbledore and play a lousy sketch on the violin.

But, as you understand, this did not surprise yard children. But I could not be Plisetskaya and Sharapova in one bottle, my mother always said that I was weak for sports. As an adult, I still pulled this "oh, no, that you, I'm weak for sports."

Until one day she just ran.

And somewhere the myth about the weak one vanished, along with tears of pride and screams into the phone: look, Mom, I have a medal for 10 km that I honestly ran through. I also wanted to call every child from my yard, who giggled at my violin, screaming that I could, but where is your discharge in volleyball now, and helped in life, right?

But the story is not about my vanity. And about the fact that my run has become not only beneficial to my health, but also saving for others. After all, at this autumn marathon, I need one more medal to my museum of the "weak girl" for as much as 21 km. And this 21 km will be not only my other form of self-affirmation of strength, and love of running. But also saving, for one of my namesake. Whose physical education certificate is justified by a heart defect. And so that Darina could, like Darina as an adult, brag about in social networks, her strong kilometers of running and live a healthy and fulfilling childhood, the team and I decided to help her and collect 100 thousand UAH for a heart implant.
