At present you can support any charitable project via your credit | debet card. All cards of Ukrainian, European and most of American and Worlds banks are available to donate. Also you can make a donation via bank wire transfe.
How does the platform dobro.ua ensure the safety of charitable donations?
When paying the donation with a payment (credit | debet) card or telephone number, the payment processing (including inputting the card number) is taking place on the secured page of the processing system. It means that your confidential data (card information, registration data etc.) is not sent to us, its processing is completely secured and nobody can get the personal and banking information of the client.
When working with payment card info, the data security standard is used. It was designed by international payment systems Visa and Mastercard - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). It provides secure processing of the card holder information. The used technology of data transferring guarantees the security of the bank cards operations by using the protocols Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
How to make a recurring donation?
Now each user has the opportunity to issue a recurring donation for good deeds.

1. How it works: getting to the page of recurring donation, you indicate in the payment form the amount and frequency of donating.
2. We ask you to leave your e-mail so that you have the opportunity to unsubscribe from payment.
3. After that, the bank at a certain time, recurring transfers money from your card to the account of good deeds.
4. If the payment was successful, you will see a page with gratitude, and you can also find the name (nickname) and donation amount in the list of project Donors.
5. Attention: banks make it possible to make recurring payments from cards only at the request of the client.
If you are not sure that your card is open for recurring payments - contact the bank (by the support phone number indicated on the back of the card).
You need to call the bank - tell the operator that you want to make recurring payments and he will enable this feature.
How to donate via credit (plastic) card
Press the button "Donate" on the page of the chosen Project – you will see the insert "Payment Form". Just input the sum, you want to donate (there is Ukrainian gryvna equivalent on the web-site, minimal payment is 1 UAH).
After inserting of money just press the button “Donate”, input your name (or nick-name, or just leave this field empty to donate incognito).
LiqPay page will open. You should input bank details of your card, such as its number, validity date, e-mail (processing requirement) and cvv2 of your card (the last three number on the back side of your card).
If the payment was successful, you will see your name (or nick-name) and sum of your Donation in the Donors list of the Project.
Important: some banks can make your card available for internet payments only on your request. In case, when you are not sure whether your card is open to internet payments, please, contact your Bank service (via Support Service phone number, defined on the back side of your card). In general, to open your card for one or several transactions you just need to call to the bank and say about your will to pay. In a minute this service will be available for you. If you would like to make this service available on permanent base you suppose to sign additional agreement with your Bank.
The size of bank fees and payment system commissions for the payment depends on payment method that you choose. Commission charged for non Ukrainian Visa and MasterCard holders is 1.8%.
