User agreement

Charitable organization International Charitable Foundation "Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace" (hereinafter referred to as dobro.ua)

- acting within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine;

- carrying out the statutory activities of a charitable organization;

- aiming to promote the development of civil society through the support of social and charitable programs;

- acting to create the most favorable conditions for the development of charitable activities in Ukraine by popularizing them;

- Realizing the importance and prospects of using the latest communication systems, in particular the Internet, and striving to bring the world's best practices, methods and systems in the field of mass and corporate philanthropy;

- realizing the importance of joint actions to carry out charitable activities in the interests of society and certain categories of persons (recipients of charitable assistance);

- striving to enhance the effectiveness of charitable assistance mechanisms to improve the financial situation of the recipients of charitable assistance;

- guided by the principles of partnership and social dialog;

- realizing the importance of ensuring the confidentiality and inviolability of personal data of individuals;

enters into this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") to determine the procedure for the use of dobro.ua opportunities for attracting charitable assistance through the Internet site https://dobro.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

To use the Site and its features, the User is obliged to accept the terms of this Agreement. The User has no right to use the Website and the opportunities for charitable fundraising provided by the Website (hereinafter referred to as the Opportunities) in case of disagreement with the terms of this Agreement.

When paying a charitable contribution using the dobro.ua portal, the user agrees that the donation is non-refundable and is a non-refundable charitable donation. However, if the project is canceled or if funds are received for the project after the collection is completed, the user can use the mechanism of redirecting charitable funds to another active project posted on the platform (see Section 11. Redirecting Donor Funds, Rules, Principles and Procedures of dobro.ua)

Subject of the agreement

The User confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms of use of the dobro.ua Website, which are set forth in the following documents:
