The team of the charity platform dobro.ua is expanding and is looking for a new person to join its team. We need someone who will share responsibility for the platform's communications.

dobro.ua is the first and largest online charity fundraising platform in Ukraine, an effective and modern tool for raising funds for charitable and social projects of any kind. The dobro.ua platform is operated by the Ukrainian Philanthropic Marketplace International Charitable Foundation.

We are 12 years old. Our work is about systemic changes and qualitative shifts, about the development of charity in Ukraine. We value humanity, honesty, involvement and dedication. Our core values are transparency, accountability, partnership, development, security and consistency.

We are looking for a communication manager to join our team

 ✏️ What to do?

Development, implementation and improvement of the platform's communication strategy.
Providing communication support for dobro.ua charity events and projects, including partnerships: from idea to development and implementation.
Developing and implementing communication ideas that inspire and engage philanthropists in various initiatives of the platform.
Development and writing of information materials for the fundraising department and search for new partners;
Creating information materials for the platform, including annual and quarterly reports;
Promoting the platform's brand through presence in various media materials and resources (columns, articles, etc.)
Ensuring the presence of the platform at key offline and online charity events;
Developing creative concepts and copyright for the platform's internal and partner projects.
Creating and coordinating turnkey communication materials to attract new partners and maintain relationships with existing ones.
Communication with existing partners to ensure quality interaction, build positive experience and trusting relationships.
Fixing partnership agreements, monitoring and ensuring their timely and successful implementation.

📌 What are the requirements for the candidate?

 At least 2 years of experience in communication and partnership building.

Experience in fundraising and charity. Knowledge of the specifics of non-profit organisations.
Project management experience will be an advantage.
Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills, be able to think outside the box.
Have the skills to prepare public reports and materials for communication campaigns.
Be able to identify and take into account the specifics of communication with different types of audiences.
Ability to search for and analyse information, conduct fact-checking.
Be able to work with Google, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and graphic software (Canva, Figma)
Be able to write competently in Ukrainian and prepare final texts professionally.
Be able to inspire and promote charity ideas.
Be fluent in Ukrainian and English at a level sufficient for fluent communication (if necessary)
Show initiative, creativity and proactivity in work/Be able to independently seek opportunities for new partnerships and establish them.
Have the skills to negotiate and work with partners. Be able to present ideas.
Highly motivated and self-disciplined.
Have a clear understanding of planning, focus and team result orientation.
Ability to work independently and in a team. Be able to set and achieve goals independently.
Ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines.
Be able to manage many tasks and projects simultaneously.
Share the mission and values of the platform.
Have your own database of media contacts and opinion leaders

🌿 What are the conditions?

Official salary, the level of which will be determined by the results of the interview and test task.
Social package after the probationary period.
Office in the centre of Kyiv with the possibility of remote work.
Normal full-time working hours from 09:00 to 18:00 (flexible start and end of the day), weekends and paid holidays (freelance work or part-time work is not provided).
