The Body School and its partners have once again created a charity Advent calendar that helps not only ourselves but also others.
"The Power of Small Steps" is 20 days of taking care of your body, mind and productivity through simple actions:
- Movement, relaxation, and self-massage practices.
- Nutrition balance with a nutritionist and balanced recipes.
- Techniques for meditation, energy conservation, and creating self-care rituals.
This December will be a gentle step towards a new normal of life next year.
For the second year in a row, the Advent calendar has become a charity project. Last year, we raised UAH 1,095,799 for rehabilitation devices for the injured.
This year's goal is to raise UAH 470,000 to equip medical railway cars for the Mobile Evacuation project, which helps transport wounded soldiers.
How can you help?
- The cost of the calendar is UAH 500, but you can choose a larger donation.
- From each calendar, the entire amount (except for UAH 250 for expenses) goes to the project.
