Mobile evacuation

"Mobile Evacuation" is a project for the medical evacuation of wounded military personnel using specially equipped wagons of Ukrzaliznytsia. The project has been implemented for 2 years based on the idea of ​​Iryna Soloshenko and her direct participation. It is being implemented in partnership with Ukrzaliznytsia, KMS and the KOLO Charitable Foundation. Since May 2022, 70 medical wagons have already been manufactured and equipped, which are divided into evacuation, intensive care and escort wagons.

Anesthesiologists, nurses, male nurses, orderlies and evacuation teams of railway workers work in the wagons. Medical equipment on board the train makes it possible to provide emergency assistance during its movement in the most critical cases and, most importantly, not to stop treatment during evacuation.

However, all wagons need to be provided with the necessary equipment, consumables and medicines in order to provide medical care quickly and qualitatively. The equipment of the medical wagons is identical to that of a real hospital. This makes it possible to provide emergency medical care right on the move, so these wagons can transport seriously injured servicemen who cannot be transported by other modes of transport.

The fundraising is aimed at purchasing the necessary needs of the medical wagons: equipment, consumables and medicines. Since the need is dynamic, acute and urgent, we plan to organize these collections on an ongoing basis.
