There can’t be too many good deeds!
As part of Kyivstar's corporate volunteering, a fundraiser to support the Children's Hope project was initiated for the company's employees. Workers who are unable to join the Donation Month volunteer initiative due to contraindications can join the rescue of children with congenital heart defects and help patients recover. We also call on our donors to join the fundraiser, because there can’t be too many good deeds.
The goal is to raise money for the direction “Odessa region. Helping Children with Heart Diseases” to transfer them for the purchase of the necessary equipment to the Odessa City Children's Hospital No. 3, which helps children to fight the disease. Anyone can take part in the fundraiser by clicking the "Support" button.
Fundraising is active from 01.07.2021 to 31.07.2021, and each of your contributions brings us closer to an important goal.
For two years now, the Children's Hope initiative has been proving the theory of small good deeds - thousands of small donations from Kyivstar subscribers amounted to more than 7.5 million hryvnias, which allowed to purchase vital equipment for hundreds of little patients in the 35 departments of Ukrainian hospitals. Therefore, we urge everyone to continue becoming a true children's hope.
Together we can help children overcome diseases!
Children's Hope is a social initiative launched at the end of 2018 by Kyivstar in cooperation with the dobro.ua platform of the International Charitable Foundation "Ukrainian Philantropic Marketplace". The aim of the project is to help children with heart defects and cancer by purchasing the necessary equipment for Ukrainian hospitals. Kyivstar gives subscribers the opportunity to transfer funds to charity quickly and conveniently, via SMS-messages.
The funds raised under the Children's Hope initiative are used to provide children's oncology and cardiac dispensaries with modern medical equipment, medical supplies and tools, as well as for the prompt repair of the available equipment.
