I am joining the fundraising campaign as part of the NewRun Lviv Half Marathon: “Running for Recovery”.
For me, running is movement. And movement is life - a way to regain strength, confidence and a sense of self. That is why I want to support those for whom the path to recovery after injury and traumatic experiences has become part of their everyday effort.
As part of this run, I am raising funds to support sports events for war veterans organised by the UNBROKEN.
My goal is UAH 10,000.
These events help veterans through sport to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing, return to active life, and find new motivation, community and support.
For me, this is more than taking part in a half marathon. It is an opportunity to support an important cause and invite you to join me.
