Hello everyone from sunny Odessa. My name is Alexandra, director of the New World Odessa charity foundation and tomorrow is my birthday! I want to saturate this event with the colors of kindness and peace thanks to the project "Light is an impermissible luxury"!
For several years now, my team and I have been helping the only department of cardiovascular surgery in the Southern region of the Odessa Regional Children's Hospital. Children with congenital heart diseases of different age groups get here. The youngest patients come directly from the Maternity Hospital. To correct congenital defects, doctors perform operations on children's hearts. One of the cardiac surgeon's assistants is additional (forehead) lighting, which allows the doctor to make precise and correct movements on the way to the patient's health.
