"Zaporuka" is a charitable foundation with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, established in 2008. Since its inception, the foundation's team has been providing daily assistance to seriously ill pediatric patients from the National Cancer Institute, the Institute of Neurosurgery, Okhmatdyt, the West Ukrainian Specialized Children's Medical Center, and the First Medical Association of Lviv.

"Zaporuka" focuses on supporting families with seriously ill children and strives to create conducive environments that allow families to stay together during the treatment process. Since 2009, the foundation has provided 1,347 children and their families with the opportunity to reside at the "Dacha" free of charge. It is the first family home in Ukraine that offers families the opportunity to be together and stay close to the hospital while their child receives treatment.
Presently, "Zaporuka" is actively engaged in four main areas of activity:

- supporting medical institutions and individuals with severe illnesses;

- aiding Ukrainian families in crisis situations;

- treatment of war trauma - facilitating physical and psychological rehabilitation;

- strengthening communities and collaborating with other NGOs.
