The target audience is people with severe visual impairments, especially blind children, regardless of the region of residence. The principle of activity is the systematic implementation of innovation and inclusion in the fields of education and culture, support for blind children studying in the conditions of inclusion, their families and schools, development of inclusive culture. The organization is not engaged in one-time projects, works constantly, improving previously initiated areas and expanding the geographical map of activities.
