On February 24, 2026, the charity project by Makar Bilouschenko titled “Help Break Free from the Captivity of Silence,” with a total amount of 43,420.00 UAH, was published on the platform of the International Charitable Foundation “UBB.” According to outgoing letter No. 25 dated March 25, 2026, the funds raised for the project, totaling 36,579.00 UAH (thirty-six thousand five hundred seventy-nine UAH 00 kopecks) to pay for rehabilitation treatment for Makar Bilouschenko, and on April 6, 2026, the remaining funds in the amount of 6,841.00 UAH were transferred.

Thanks to the funds raised by the UBB International Charitable Foundation, we were able to pay for the child’s rehabilitation course at the “Kozavkina International Rehabilitation Clinic” LLC in Truskavets from March 23, 2026, to April 3, 2026, for a total amount of 26,415.00 UAH.

Since the child did not complete all the procedures, the amount of unused funds is 17,005.00 (seventeen thousand five) UAH 00 kopecks, which will be used for the next treatment in the summer, if a spot becomes available.

Since there is a need to continue rehabilitation treatment in the fall and to purchase vitamins and hygiene products for Makar, fundraising for the project was resumed on April 21, 2026, and the project amount was increased from 43,420.00 UAH to 86,373.46 UAH.

At the clinic, the child underwent the following treatments: neurophysiological spinal correction using V.I. Kozyavkin’s method, reflexology, a massage regimen, mobilization exercises, apitherapy, vibration therapy, and orthocephalic massage.

Thanks to the treatment, muscle tone in the limbs is showing a tendency toward normalization. The intensity of tendon reflexes has not changed, and pathological Babinski pyramidal foot reflexes persist. The range of passive and active movements in the joints of the limbs has increased; coordination has improved, and he has become stronger and more resilient.
