9-year-old Gosha from the ATO zone needs surgery

Georgiy. This strict man’s name belongs to a little 9-year-old boy from Donetsk. His life was like that of all boys of his age. The only thing distinguishing him from the others was the boy’s love of dreaming. His friends named him “Andersen”. With a lot of effort Gosha’s mother managed to take him away from Donetsk. Now the child is treated in Kyiv. The doctors are preparing the boy for the surgery and his mother to the fact that the tumor cannot be removed completely but with correct treatment Georgiy will live without pain.

One day Georgiy began to complain of pain in the neck. Later on the pain became so unbearable that he would wake up at night in tears. The traumatology surgeon who had examined the child diagnosed subluxation of the cervical vertebrae and prescribed treatment that did not produce any results. Then his mother referred to a neurologist who prescribed a full examination and eventually found the cause of the pain. It turned out to be a tumor that blocked important life passages. The pressure of the tumor in such a place can instantly cause a respiratory arrest and lead to death.
