Little Adelinka was born on November 9, 2023, at just 28 weeks of pregnancy. Extremely premature, she began her fight for life from the very first second — a battle unimaginable even for adults…

 Adelinka was diagnosed with grade 4 intraventricular hemorrhage, sepsis, meningitis, hydrocephalus, and strabismus.

 She has already undergone 4 major brain surgeries: Omaya reservoir placement, multiple shunt surgeries, and external drainage after a shunt infection with staphylococcus.

 For the first 3 months of her life, she couldn’t breathe on her own and suffered from severe seizures.

 She is still tube-fed, unable to crawl, stand, or walk. She requires constant care from her mother and regular rehabilitation.

Today, Adelinka is 1 year and 6 months old. She can hold her head and sit with support — a result of incredible love and effort. But to take the next steps, she needs even more: daily work with specialists, therapy, massages, equipment, medications…
