Grandma dreams of Milana's full life

Milana's birth was very difficult. The baby was born weak with a diagnosis of Spina bifida and congenital hydrocephalus. On the third day after her birth, Milana was sent to OKHMATDYT, where she underwent surgery.

At 5 months old, Milana was already holding her head well, but now, at the age of 2, she has a very weak back, cannot stand up due to weakened muscles, and holds her legs while sitting. In addition, her right leg has become shorter than her left. Milana has a small vocabulary, hardly speaks and uses gestures to communicate, and understands spoken language to a limited extent. The girl has poor contact with other children and occasionally throws tantrums.

Milana does not have a mom and dad nearby – her grandmother takes care of her. Doctors give hope for the girl's recovery, but this requires long-term treatment, for which there is simply not enough money. The grandmother is begging for her granddaughter's help and dreams that the girl will have a full life. Let's help her!
