Their lives depend on medical devices... and on gasoline to fuel the electric generator. These are the realities of life for seriously ill people in wartime. Previously, generators were bought "just in case", as a safety net in case of a power outage. People would even joke about it, saying, "but we never have power outages." Sometimes I had to convince them, explain that the patient's condition was risky, that the ambulance might not be in time...

Now there is no need to convince anyone. Now every day is a competition for survival. In recent months, families who care about their relatives who depend on medical equipment either throw their last money into buying an electric generator themselves or turn to charitable foundations. Eventually, the device arrives. It seems like you can breathe out that sigh of relief... But no.

Then it turns out that, no matter how frugal you are, refueling the generator eats up a very large amount of money every month. Too much. Remember, we are talking about families with a seriously ill person. This means really big expenses for medicines, care products, etc. And when we talk to the families, we realize that now they also need help in purchasing fuel for their generators. And this need is vital.

Let's continue to take care of the weakest.
