Sergey Andrukh. Designer. Why do I take part in the marathon? I want to have fun. My designer’s work is mostly about moving my hands only for days, and when I run, my body is enriched with what it usually lacks – endorphin, dopamine and adrenaline. Thanks to those hormones, the body revives, cheers up and becomes unbelievably happy. Moreover, taking part in the marathon allows your heart to stay strong and healthy, and you really need your heart to give it to the children supported by the Happy Child Foundation. Running for their small hearts is a gift! I thank the Universe for being able to do some good!

Life of people with cystic fibrosis is a life under a strict schedule: taking medicines, inhalings, inspiratory and physical training. The medicines could be taken along. A convenient time and place for training could be arranged. But what could be done with an outlet for inhaler? It is impossible to strip a child of walk, classes and tours by "binding" them to an outlet under the schedule. Children with cystic fibrosis spend a considerable part of their life at hospital enough as it is, as well as undergoing daily tiring treatments. An OMRON portable inhaler could be a solution; it is functional, compact and noiseless. Due to this project of Happy Child foundation, children with cystic fibrosis will have an opportunity to undergo the timely treatment in a train, forest, at school or at somebody's house to help maximally support their health and extend their life.
